I received this instrument about 2 days ago. I have been playing for about 7 hours total now. The book is easy to follow, the CD provides help if you can't get the tempo down. This instrument sounds really clear and beautiful. The book also covers everything from maintaining the instrument, tuning(The instrument is already pre-tuned to standard C scale), and chords.
