Casio CTK2000 61 Key Personal Keyboard with MP3/iPod Connection Immediately
I bought if for my 1 year old and nanny (she's an awesome player) for the rainy days so that TV is not the only thing to do. Love the price cause it allows me not to get angry in case my son breaks it. Hopefully it will last a life time (as everything Yamaha or Casio does, according to my experience so far). Also love the lack of need for an upgrade (that would have been the case with the smaller 37-key one that costs more than 50% of this one).
Note regarding the lack of power adapter: you need one with output 9V, 800mA. It works with a universal one, there's no need to buy the AD-5. I'm reusing one that I bought years ago for speakers. It didn't work out first. Then later I put batteries to test whether the keyboard worked. It did. Then I tried again with the adapter and like magic, it worked. No idea whether putting batteries first was causation or correlation, but it did the trick. You could save [...] by recycling your old adapter.
Also is the 1st time I buy a toy for my kid and I eagerly want to participate. Now I want to learn how to play too! (like a decade or so ago, when I had to quit taking lessons).Get more detail about Casio CTK2000 61 Key Personal Keyboard with MP3/iPod Connection.
