The Behringer UMA25S is about as good as it gets for the money, and best of all it's not a M-Audio product. (M-Audio burned me hard when they refused to make 64 bit drivers for 2 of my Oxygen keyboards)
The Pros:
* Drivers are kept up to date and supports Windows 64 bit Operating Systems
* The dials are well placed and have a good feel to them
* Syncs right up with Reason, and Ableton Live
* The pitch wheel and volume control have good resistance
* Record and play buttons are built-in (Reducing the need use the mouse to control the software)
* Comes with nice little headset with a mic (Good enough for a pod-cast or voice over)
* Comes with a carrying case
Cons
* The Keyboard action is a little stiff for my taste (But for the price I really can't complain)
