The box says that the instrument comes tuned for immediate enjoyment. It did not and I am still trying to get it tuned. Because two notes share one string (the strings on the harp are looped), it is hard to tune it. You can fix one of the notes and mess up the other one. There are no instructions on how to tune one note without "untuning" the other one.
